My wife gave me two sets of earrings (silver dolphins and gold butterflies), a Claddagh ring with my birthstone as the heart, a really nice sweater/blouse set, pair of leggings and she made me a set of butterfly pillowcases with pink trim.
I should mention the reason I listed what my wife gave me is this is the first Christmas where I received no gifts that would be appropriate for someone AMAB.

Re: Merry Friggin' Christmas
I got a gift card to a clothing store from my mother.
I got the standard yearly $25 and a Christmas card from my grandmother, she has such nice handwriting too. Also a box of chocolates shipped to me from a Canadian friend of mine.
Loads of people around me getting sick though. And here I sit with a broken rib hoping not to catch a cough.
Losethem I prefer the B-movies, especially horror for the comedic value of how badly made they are. I remember this one, I think it was "I, Zombie" or something. The premise is this guy is turning into a zombie yet is fully aware and conscious and for the most part in control of himself the entire time. There's a scene where he's masturbating and his dick falls off, my friend and I were in tears we were laughing so much at the B-movie execution of it. If anything these films seem more like C or D movies.

I remember watching the original B&W of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS" on "Chiller Theater" and asking the friends I was with if that was supposed to be a comedy. There's a reason it became a musical comedy. And before you ask, yes, we did recognize Jack Nicholson and we did cheer when Audrey ate him.

Re: Merry Friggin' Christmas
Surprised to read about all the illness. My wife and I both came down with colds right before Christmas and we rarely get colds. I can't believe the hoops one must now jump through just to buy a package of cold medicine.
But that didn't stop us from enjoying a wonderful Christmas with one of our sons and his family. The 10 hour drive was worth every moment and we were blessed with good weather. We consider those grandkids a gift and we spent 4 days enjoying Christmas with all of them.
Best wishes for a splendid 2017 to you all.

I got the joy of round 3 last night, sore throat, threw up again this morning, and bloated up like a balloon. Not sure what the hell this bug is, but I wish it would go!

My only Xmas present was a Swiss Colony box from DralaFi, a chatroom guy. It had cheeses, sausages and jam

LT, vertigo and the "floating head" feeling (like Mr Mackey in South Park when he got high) is running rampant here.

I don't know what I would have done if I had to work through all of this. I wanted to do other things with these days off, but at the end, I'm glad this happened while I didn't have to be at work!
I hope everyone in your household is recovering. It's not been fun.
