In this case, I wouldn't because he's friggin' lying and you're all feeding him.
First he comes in with the implausible story that he shot his penis and one testicle off. OK, let's assume for a second he's not lying about that. He does it once, and that wasn't enough to do away with the offending parts. So he does it two more times. I don't know about you, but a gunshot even once sounds painful enough let alone 3 times. Then he posts a photo of proof that has been seen many times before by long-term members of this site. Then he's given advice, much of it sensible, and every bit of it is rejected. Then he tells us that he was supposed to be in the hospital today having the second testicle off through legitimate means. Before he arrives at today, and after he posts the hospital message, he's back to rejecting advice and telling us he's going to shoot it off. Now, he's moved on to yet another reason he's going to do this, namely spiritual.
He's changed his story so many times as to be laughable.
His IP may be different, but those are easily masked. Heck, it's more plausible it's another person doing the same broken routine. Come in here, dick in hand masturbating, wanting us to all fall into his story to provide him more material to jack off too. All sensible advice rejected for spurious reasons, all coming back around to his fantasy of shooting his bits off. Well, I hope he just shoots 'em off already. I'm done with his wanking and using us for his amusement.
