I used a .38 special revolver to shoot my penis off and finished it with a knife. I ended up at the ER and the bullets accidentally strafed my left testicle.
Can you really die from a self castration attempt?

YES YOU CAN DIE! There is a lot of blood there and you could bleed to death very quickly! Sounds like you were already very lucky once don't push your luck as you might not be so lucky next time!

And there's no blood free way besides the burdizzo which is apparently a horrible way to castrate a human? Does injecting your testicle hurt?
This is kinda a ridiculous thread. Someone claiming to have shot off his penis is asking how to proceed safely and painlessly...doesn't seem like that safety or painlessness is really his priority, especially since he's suggesting to shoot off another testicle. There is no painless way to get castrated, even proper surgical castration can have a lot of post-surgery discomfort. But there are relatively safe ways. Foremost, just go to Dr. Arnkoff. Secondly use ferrous sulphate or calcium chloride injection. Really not many other safe choices after that...

I don't know what to believe here except I don't think there is a real desire for serious advice like a few other threads that have been here recently! There are enough proven methods here if one wants to truly educate oneself like the Calcium Chloride which I can attest to working but the idea of wanting no pain after what was supposedly done is laughable!
If you actually shot off your penis and cut the remainder off with a knife you're no stranger to blood loss. You should already know what to expect with cutting off your remaining testicle. How did you manage to make it through the first episode?

To be honest I don't really know. Something just came over me and I managed to make it through. It wasn't without difficulty though. I freaked out immediately after and called 911 on myself while compressing the wound and not looking at it.

The thread seems really unbelievable but do you have more information on ferrous sulphate injection? I've seen you mention it a couple times but don't see a thread related to it like I do for the calcium chloride. Could you point me in the right direction to find out more? I'm highly curious.
