I shot off my penis and had a testicle removed under anesthesia when I was brought to the ER. I'm looking to remove my other testicle in the safest and most pain free way.

What are some methods of self castration that are somewhat painless and highly successful?

hit the remaining nut with a dose or two of calcium chloride. After it shrinks up, go back and claim collateral damage. Ask for removal in case anything "goes bad."

You didn't say if you shot off your dick on purpose. but, assuming you did. Don't do that again. You could shoot off a foot or a leg. The best way is to find a doctor willing to treat your constant libido with no way to satisfy your lust. Doctors are human, it can't be that hard to find a sympathetic one.

I'd prefer something that could be done without any need for extra help from a Doctor. And I did shoot my penis off intentionally.
