Looking for a Particular Story (had a wedding and unusual religious group)

Hope someone can help me find this. I just can't seem to locate it on the archive.

Couple is to be married, she belongs to a strange religion and he has to agree to follow their rules (of course without knowing what they are). They are married but as they return home the church folks are waiting in their bedroom. They are held down, first the wife gets a clitoridectomy and he is castrated (or penectomized, can't remember for sure).

Would love to find this story again and see if it reads as hot as I remember it.

PS: PLEASE if you don't know or don't have a suggested title on the archive just don't respond. Last time I tried to get this information someone hijacked the thread and it became a discussion of their remembered story - so obviously no one after that read what I was looking for.
