Oh yes of course. You can go on replacement testosterone therapy an your sexual desires and abilities will return. I'd best describe mine as changed rather than gone. I may not be horny in the classical sense anymore by not having this primal lust for a girl though I do have this calculated intellectual kink interest that lingers around. The feeling of closeness matters more than the orgasm and the desire to some of my more extreme kinks such as extreme bondage is higher than before whereas other kinks almost went away. Each one of us is different and I can only speak in generalities or in what I personally experience.
