Vitex side effects
I've been taking vitex (800mg/day) for about four weeks now, to see if it will have any effect on reducing my libido before I look into more extreme measures. So far it hasn't lowered my libido noticeably (if anything, it might have increased), and it reminds me a bit of when I've been on prednisone: I developed a cluster of acne below my eye, and I've got a lot of nervous energy, with some consequent difficulty in sleeping and concentrating. It's not terrible, but it's not what I signed up for. But I know there are some people who insist that vitex actually increases testosterone/libido in some people, and others who say that the negative side effects (like acne) that arrive when you first start taking it eventually go away and the positive effects kick in. Has anyone else had this experience, and might have an idea whether these effects will fade the longer I'm on it?

Re: Vitex side effects
I have had no sides on vitex, but also no effect on libido. For me it is senseless.
Many have heavy sides from it and also could be, you will have a higher level of T..
But, as far I know, it's working on progesterone and will press down your needs to have sex evtl..
You have to use it over months for a real effect as far I've read.

You might try Prozac 20 mgr / daily & Rittalin. 4 x 10 mgr / daily; that combination has some strong cock weakening abilities; it works stronger than 50 mgr/ day Androcur...
A 19 y/o was on 50 mgr Androcur, but that did not weaken his cock sufficiently, he also had problems with side effects, so his doc did switch to the Prozac & Rittalin combination - while discontinuing the Androcur...
His cock is still functioning, but has been significantly weakened...

Re: Vitex side effects
If you add saw palmetto to the vitex it will work better and it does take quite a while.
