Is it possible for a doctor who performs an orchi to remove the entire vas deferens?

A question came to mind...If there were a "hidden testicle in the body", would it not be a non functioning testical as far as sperm is concerned due to the higher body heat.

2. Every time I have read something about moving the testicles up in the abdomen so a person would not have to go on TRT, the answer is that the higher heat would essentially render them useless.

3. I am glad mine are gone as well as the scrotum and mine were removed by inguinal surgery. I did not ask if all the rubes were removed.

4. Now, if my dr. were to offer to remove my penis, I would see if he could remove the prostate and all associated male attributes at the same time through the same incision.

Basically, in regards to the vas deferens, if it can grow back 1 centimeter, then why not 2 centimeters? Likewise, why not 5 centimeters, 10 centimeters, 20 centimeters, 50 centimeters, et cetera?

Right. TUBES not Rubes. Big difference. Actually, what I had heard (not researched) is that there would be a greater chance of cancer developing in the balls if up in the body cavity.

So, to clarify--it would be wise for a doctor to perform an ultrasound and/or something similar to that in order to ensure that there are no undescended testicles anywhere in this eunuch's body, correct?
