I have been a member here for a long time and like many what started as a fantasy finally became a very real desire about a year ago. It was a gradual shift but once it happened I knew it was just a matter of time.

As some know I was looking for my orchiectomy in the U.S. Playing by the rules, but alas the barriers are still too high (for me). Mostly cost, I hope someday orchiectomy will be as easy as getting a vasectomy.

I spent a great deal of time doing research and found a very reputable foreign urologist just four hours drive from me. It was done for just over $1,500 including blood tests. It is three days since my appointment and it is going well. Not experiencing any pain but some soreness from the swelling.

I am so happy to finally be a eunuch. I wish to remain make looking but am considering estrodiol patches to maintain bone health. My only worry is my libido returning. I am still waking up with erections but hope that fades with time. Does anybody know if adding estrogen at this time is a good idea?

After three days you have still much T in your system. Wait around one or two weeks.

But, as far I know, also estradiol can elevate the libido and also errections, but at time, it is still your testosterone + estradiol.

Update: Almost hitting the one week mark and my scrotum is getting fairly flat, still a little puffy and red but everything is healing quite nicely. I have gotten soft erections but havent felt any urgency to masterbate. Still happy with my decision and knowing I have no testicles is like Christmas for me. And hopefully by December 25th my present will be a permanently soft cock.
