Also, out of curiosity--do you think that it would be fair for me to still self-identify as a eunuch if I will get prosthetic testicles after my (planned) orchiectomy?
Any thoughts on all of this?
zeebster (imported) wrote: Thu Oct 20, 2016 4:12 pm I did not at any time consider prosthetic testicles. In fact, I dare say that those conflict with the desire to become a Eunuch. While I think it would be fine for someone undergoing an Orchiectomy as part of a treatment for Cancer, I find it curious that you would ask for opinions.
It makes me wonder if perhaps your thoughts about voluntary castration may need to be, shall we say, further evaluated? I don't get the impression that you are clear on your desires at this point.

2. That being said everyone is different in their reasons for wanting to be neutered mine was that I never liked mine since a kid!
3. As for sterilization I had a vasectomy for years and they normally do follow up testing to make sure there are no sperm present and if done right the chances of failure is very low but again that being said there can be uther side effects of a vasectomy like tenderness / soreness which I did have which only made me dislike them even more.
4. Be sure you really understand all of the effects of no T or even TRT as replacement T is not exactly the same as natural T. There can also be complications with fake balls of different types. Do your research thoroughly and best of luck!

2. I would have to either get them to remove them straight away or do it myselfor get a cosmetic surgeon to do it.
3. Although I can see why some (Probably most) folks would want them. .
4. I believe they have to be stitched in place somewhere to stop them dissapearing into the abdomen so a kick in the nuts (Virtual) may be just as painful.
5. TRT replacment therapy although no biggie is another complication in your life that has to be monitored by blood tests every now and then.

2. The smooth look I feel is life of luxury, after all the holidays are over and into the new year mine will be properly removed and disposed of.
3. I can understand f it was a traumatic injury and some one lost one or both maybe it's there choice.
