Did you get and/or do you plan to get prosthetic testicles after your orchiectomy?

Did you get and/or do you plan to get prosthetic testicles after your orchiectomy (a.k.a. surgical castration)?

Also, out of curiosity--do you think that it would be fair for me to still self-identify as a eunuch if I will get prosthetic testicles after my (planned) orchiectomy?

Any thoughts on all of this? :)

I did not at any time consider prosthetic testicles. In fact, I dare say that those conflict with the desire to become a Eunuch. While I think it would be fine for someone undergoing an Orchiectomy as part of a treatment for Cancer, I find it curious that you would ask for opinions.

It makes me wonder if perhaps your thoughts about voluntary castration may need to be, shall we say, further evaluated? I don't get the impression that you are clear on your desires at this point.

People can have different reasons for becoming eunuchs, though; indeed, personally speaking, I want to become a eunuch for sterilization purposes (after all, even vasectomies can and sometimes do fail)--though the estrogen HRT could certainly be a nice bonus for me if I will end up liking it. :)

As for testicular implants, my consideration of getting them is based on these two factors:

1. Some women might enjoy the banging of a man's balls during sex.

2. I have recently realized that I appear to have an extremely strong fetishism for prosthetic testicles. No, certainly not for actual testicles (which is certainly extremely strongly detest); rather, for prosthetic testicles. :)

Now, why exactly should I reconsider my own desire to get an orchiectomy?

As for myself and only myself I can not even entertain the thoughts of false balls for me that would be worse than the real ones were! That being said everyone is different in their reasons for wanting to be neutered mine was that I never liked mine since a kid! As for sterilization I had a vasectomy for years and they normally do follow up testing to make sure there are no sperm present and if done right the chances of failure is very low but again that being said there can be uther side effects of a vasectomy like tenderness / soreness which I did have which only made me dislike them even more. Be sure you really understand all of the effects of no T or even TRT as replacement T is not exactly the same as natural T. There can also be complications with fake balls of different types. Do your research thoroughly and best of luck!

Waking up post op with false balls would be really bad news for me.:(

I would have to either get them to remove them straight away or do it myself🙋 or get a cosmetic surgeon to do it.

Although I can see why some (Probably most) folks would want them. .

I believe they have to be stitched in place somewhere to stop them dissapearing into the abdomen so a kick in the nuts (Virtual) may be just as painful.

TRT replacment therapy although no biggie is another complication in your life that has to be monitored by blood tests every now and then.

I know I wouldn't want any replacements, that's the whole reason to get rid of the original testicles. The smooth look I feel is life of luxury, after all the holidays are over and into the new year mine will be properly removed and disposed of. I can understand f it was a traumatic injury and some one lost one or both maybe it's there choice.

1. Obviously you are entitled to your own views and preferences. :) However, out of pure curiosity--why exactly do you consider prosthetic testicles to be worse than natural/biological testicles?

2. Yeah, I mean, a eunuch's genitals certainly look nice--however, in my own personal[b/] opinion, they probably look less good than they would look with prosthetic testicles. Of course, that's just my own opinion in regards to this.

3. The thing is, though, that the vas deferens can re-canalize at any point in time after azoospermia is already confirmed; thus, a vasectomy certainly isn't good enough for me. Plus, vasectomy failure certainly isn't an acceptable excuse to avoid paying child support for the next 18+ years! Indeed, if that wasn't enough, I am not completely sure that a judge would actually have the decency to uphold any child support insurance or vas deferens insurance (in the event of a vas deferens recanalization, that is) that one might purchase. :(

Thus,

really does appear to be the only acceptable option for me in regards to this.

4. Completely agreed! :) Indeed, it is certainly extremely good for me to continue researching all of this before I will actually undergo any surgeries in regards to this! :)

Also, for the record, I think that, at the very least, I will want to use estrogen HRT in situations where I will want to keep my sex drive low; after all, sometimes my sex drive can unfortunately be an unnecessary distraction for me! :(

1. OK; understood.

2. Understood; of course, thankfully no one is actually forcing you to get fake balls in the first place! :)

3. So do I. :)

4. Would this extremely massive pain be due to the large amount of nerve endings in the scrotum?

5. Completely agreed; also, though, the same is also true for estrogen HRT, correct?
