It has been a lot of years since castration and never any replacement T and I remember both the physical changes and the emotional rollercoaster. Initially the sense of freedom and relief. Then one day a hot flash hits you and you think damn I hope that does not happen again. Of course they continue and vary in intensity. You become more sensitive and emotional as you find yourself crying at sad movies or heart wrenching commercials. I became very maternal and wanted to give birth to a child or at least adopt one. Eventually you become your true self and you relax into the new you and the new life.

I was looking at the pics I took of my castration again yesterday.That made me realise just how much I really enjoyed being castrated.looking at the swollen and bruised cock and empty scrotum made me feel proud and happy. With the benefit of a few months even the pain of the CaCl was good as it marked the beginning of the end for the balls.Yes I really did enjoy getting castrated.The next task is to get the empty scrotum removed. I manage the T gel so that I am very low T,getting occasional hot flashes,just to remind me I am a eunuch.Do I want my balls back? yes and no. I would love to be castrated again but dont want balls .

I had my balls and sac removed by Dr. It's a weird feeling at first and took some getting used to. Noticed it immediately when I started to walk, couldn't feel my nutsac dangling between my legs or sticking to sides of my legs. I can wear tight pants now or cross my legs without smashing my nads. It is more comfortable for sure but miss playing with my bawls too sometimes. Also feel more femmie without my man stones.

I was told by Dr. That he wouldn't remove both testicles and scotum together. That after I healed from castration he would remove the scotum. I'm a commando person so the awful feeling of them sticking to legs is terrible. I can't wait until the free feeling of smoothess under my penis. Only a few more months to go.

This. Although in my case being transgender, it's just a start on things being right with the world and it does allow my HRT to proceed without anti-androgens. I will admit there is a certain euphoria in knowing something so masculine, a part of something I hate is gone forever.

It is weird, I have no regrets, I knew it was going to happen, but after radical bilateral orchiectomy its just feels strange that I don't have nuts anymore!!!

I had no regrets, enjoyed everything about the procedure. Did have a bit of a crash on natural testosterone and was a little depressed for a few days until I got on Testosterone Ciprate.
