Physical Castration of Both Testicles & Penis?

I have been researching as well as physical castration of my testicles castration of my penis too, as I feel alone (without testicles) my penis would become surplus to requirements sex wise though of course it would cause problems urinating. Maybe this would be solved by an artificial vagina so I would then urinate as I female does sat on the lavatory.

Does anyone else have and ideas or suggestions on penilectomy along with physical castration of testicles?

I would love to be rid of my penis also. Wonder if a female dr. would be more willing to do the removal than a male dr.

I would prefer a female surgeon though it would be embarrassing getting my last erection for her to see before she amputated (is that the word?) my penis lol

If being castrated by a doctor you most likely would not have that erection you are thinking as for going through the whole process is not quite as erotic as you are thinking from my experience. One of mine under general anesthesia which putting you asleep is not really erotic. The other by local anesthesia still not really erotic at least for me though a bit more pain but a lot more interesting and personal being able to converse during the procedure and my wife got to assist which was cool! She got to hold my ball and show it to me.

Just for the record; removal of the testes is an orchiectomy (a.k.a. castration). Removal of the penis is a penectomy. Also, removal of the scrotum is a scrotectomy. They can be done separately or together. Of course if the penis is removed the urethra has to be rerouted to allow urination. When you get into penectomy it is usually done as part of gender reassignment surgery. Don't let fantasy dictate surgery. Do your homework very carefully. These are just my non-professional comments, not to be considered medically correct. That's why this is just a forum.

If you care about having a sexual aspect (erection, female doctor) then it means you have a fetish for the act and that is not a good reason to get these operations. You should only get them for a true desire to live the rest of your life with the result.

Anyway, your questions are not new. There is lots of information here already to get surgery. Dr. Arnkoff will do both orchiectomy and penectomy. At least one person got penectomy with female surgeon under Dr. Arnkoff's supervision. His costs are reasonable, I think you can get it all done for less than $10k plus any travel expenses (he's in Detroit). It would probably be done as multiple operations.

You are slightly confuses regarding female anatomy. Urination is not through the vagina. It is via the urethra which is located just forward of the vagina.
