Loving this forum. My gf says my imagination is wayyyyy to out there so I'm not even gonna try to ask her about this. Does anyone know with certainty that transplanting penises is a real thing? And if it's real who thinks there would be a hung older guy 20-30 interested in swapping dicks with a healthy young teen? This question is for story research and general curiosity. It is a real thing, first done in South Africa. It comes with the same tissue compatibility risk as any other transplant. That means, taking a random penis off one guy and putting on another random guy isn't likely to work, they have to have tissue compatibility which goes into things like matching blood types, among other more complicated items. It is by no means at a point where it will be done simply for size or other cosmetic effect.

I'm thinking of doing a story like that, two dudes of really different ages, are good friends. Maybe one is a coach or long family friend, and the other is a teen athlete, maybe a senior graduating high school. Make the reader feel what the guy is feeling and see only what he sees and hear only what he hears. How does he react when he finds out that the anti-rejection drugs aren't working and that his new penis is dying? Morose? Terrified? Angry? Depressed? Ready for revenge against the older guy who talked him into the swap? How does he interact with the guy who got his penis, and how does that change when he goes from talking about the swap to having done the swap and then to dealing with the loss of his new penis? Make the reader wait to learn what's going on until the guy finds out. Get inside his head. I think it could be a really powerful story.

I think I Have seen some pics a while back of a reworked dick.

To be honest It didn't look like it was worth the hassle.

There was a total difference between size and girth of what was refitted it just looked wrong and useless although Mr Bobbit claims his does work.

I would guess that sensation would never return to a transplanted member but stimulation would be possible from the existing stump.
