You DO NOT want to inject ito scrotum I know I had some leakage and it was awful! Ate clear throughT

My thoughts were that if I went to the docs with a scrotum that was damaged by the injection theu would remove it. Yes there is a risk of infection but that also may trigger removal.

It damages any tissue it touches and that tissue will not heal!! You cannot control that so you might damage way more than you want! The stitches will not even hold after the testicle was removed which could not even be identified as a testicle was removed the scrotum was stitched up but didn't hold as the skin just continued to die till I had a hole the size he a half dollar open straight into the scrotum. It took months and visits every few days to the doctor getting packed for a couple of weeks to remove dead tissue! Anything outside the Lydig cells is really bad! DO NOT DO IT!!!

After I was castrated by a doctor not near my area, I became annoyed by the loose sac. I noticed no shrinkage after 9 months, and started calling plastic surgeons in my area. Only one said he does not do that. Others said, yes come in for a visit and we will go from there. Selected doctor said skin doesn't shrink and removing excess skin is what we do. I had him remove my sac and it looks like it was never there. Perfect.

Yes, it may take some asking around to find a plastic surgeon to remove an empty scrotum, but well worth it.
