Since I've recently been looking for plastic surgeon willing to do a scrotum removal, I'd not call it easy in the respect that lots of physicians will do cosmetic surgery on a scrotum or penis, getting one of them to remove the whole thing seems to be an issue for them. That includes some of the physicians noted on various phalloplasty discussion forums.
The last one I corresponded with, answered my emails quite quickly. Asked for some pictures of my scrotum which I sent and then he wanted some close up pictures of my entire scrotum. I had mentioned in my first email that I had an Orchiectomy performed so removal of my scrotum should not be a problem.
In the last email I got from him, he asked why my testicles had been removed; was I transgender?
I told him that I was not transgender in the usual MtF sense, but MtEunuch and that I'd wanted to get rid of my testicles for quite some time before I found a Urologist willing to do the procedure without the shrink letters.
He never responded to that last email and set of pictures. I sent him another email about three weeks later asking if no response meant he was not interested in doing the procedure. I got no answer to that email either.
Just my experience so far.
