What is an acceptable reason for a urologist to perform a castration?

Cancer, rupture*, sufficiently bad infection - those will get it done pronto. *Rupture, because if you don't remove the damaged testicle, the immune system will develop antibodies to the testicular tissue - the immune system is programmed to recognize "self-antigens" in utero, but testicular proteins don't appear until puberty, so they have to be kept away from lymphocytes (white blood cells) lest they be attacked by them. While white blood cells can't cross the blood-testis barrier, their weapons - antibodies - sure can, and if one crushed testicle is left in place, the immune system will shred the good testicle, too, mistaking it for (perhaps) a large parasite.

Slower reasons include chronic pain, depending on the urologist. Some of them are quick to cut - it's the same procedure that a vet charges $150 for, and still turns a profit on, after all - and others simply won't. Most are somewhere in the middle, making you work at convincing them you're not going to regret the decision. This may require sign-offs from pain medicine specialists and/or psychologists. MtE gender dysphoria is an emerging approach, and is probably only viable if your doctor is keeping up on the WPATH Standards of Care that are currently being written - in the current edition, it's mentioned as an aside only, but in the new edition, it's expected to be given substantial discussion.

Can you ease my curiosity, then? This one (http://www.bobweekend.com/neuter_web/pages/DSCN7185.htm) appears to be approximately full scale on my monitor (based on the size of the surgeon's thumb). The prosthetic appears to be 2.7" on the screen, according to my caliper. They're described as silicone implants. Adjusting for an over-the-shoulder perspective… Would they be Neuticles' NN-EBS, (http://neuticles.com/natural.php) by any chance? If so, they'd be the same ones I've joked about getting before. How well could he walk, after that? Did he end up keeping them in?

Day 9, still healing. I only used pain killer for 3days, Cords still swallen like two 'testicles' down there, pretty hard when touch.

That's common. Dr. A told me that initially I might feel like my testicles were still there and I couldn't figure that out until the cords swelled into my scrotum. It took mine quite awhile to get rid of the swelling.

another quick update, had a cum this morning:) was shocked by the amount of cum I had (before was like one tea spoon), now is almost two table spoon, it's still white, but very thin.

Trying to remember, but I seem to recall that it took at least a month or more before I had completely clear. Currently on no T so it doesn't happen now.
