Indeed, the idea of keeping my balls hidden underneath my skin is something special! To be honest, I didn´t knew that such operations are possible. I´m not narrow-minded but I just didn´t think about this as a practisable operation!

This doctor Meltzer seems to be a genius in his field. Okay, I´ve only seen an operated clit from a friend of a friend in Düsseldorf two months ago. She did it in the Netherlands about three years ago.

And it was a total sex change without keeping her balls. But even her "new" clit didn´t look like a "real" clit. It´s a good work, but not a perfect one ... in my opinion. Of course I didn´t tell her! She´s so happy about it! And I don´t want to offend her. I love her too much!

She´s proud of it and feels great but in my opinion the result isn´t that good than in the pics you sent me.

This would be important to know! I´m not that rich and I could only pay up to 7500 Dollars when I get the money from my building savings agreement in july this year.

I know that such surgical operations have their price and I know that they are worthy ... every cent! See, you have been castrated by Dr. Spector, who is very famous in Germany. But you had to travel to Asia for a penectomy. What I need is a doctor with the experience to do it all in one! See, I don´t have the money to travel to the USA and to Asia. Not in one year! And even if I had the money, I couldn´t bear the time between this two happenings.

I want a doctor who has the experience to perform this extreme bodymodification during one day, in one operation... with his experienced staff! I don´t know if its´s possible! It´s risky and a great challenge for every surgeon. At least I want a penectomy and a sew up of the affected scrotal skin.

I could get 5 weeks off from work. This is the maximum!

But hey, I´m worrying too much! I´m looking forward to this day and I know it will be a great day!

I don´t want to change my sex, I want to keep my testes, wherever they may be implanted. But I want to get rid off my dick. And that´s a major change, too. I never saw myself as "male", but I feel good as male. Difficult to explain with my bad english! It´s even very hard to explain it in German, which is my mother tongue. There is just one thing that disturbs my inner self. And this has to stop!

I would want it done under local anesthesia. I would want to be fully awake throughout the operation. I would want to lie there looking up at the beautiful woman surgeon standing over me,

It presently lists several surgeons from the USA and several more in Thailand, but nobody from anywhere in Europe. I do get E-Mails from Europeans seeking castration and up to now have had to advise them to travel to the USA or Thailand.

Would these European surgeons be willing to have any kind of contact information listed on my page? If they wish to not have their specific location or their names listed, I would understand and respect that. Could I list an E-Mail contact address for the Europeans to use?

How about http://www.sexchangeasia.com/ ? The surgeons there are cheaper than in the US ($5000 for sexual reassignment surgery; I'm guessing penectomy would be cheaper). For just penectomy, I think you'd only need to be there for a week.

Thanks for not telling her. We are proud of our new plumbing. But there is a wide range of what vulvae look like, on both TS and natal women. The group at clitoris.com show how diverse women can be.

It was very unusual for him to leave the testes--they are almost always removed, since few TS women want them.

Typically, it is all done at once, although some surgeons prefer to do the labiaplasty six months later. I had castration first because some TS women at least get rid of those things as early as possible, and when they are ready, have the money, and are accepted for surgery, then have the vaginoplasty (the sex reassignment surgery, where the penis is lost, the vagina is formed, and the testes are removed if the woman still has them).

I want a doctor who has the experience to perform this extreme bodymodification during one day, in one operation... with his experienced staff! I don´t know if its´s possible! It´s risky and a great challenge for every surgeon. At least I want a penectomy and a sew up of the affected scrotal skin.

Generally, it is done in one surgery. I think that it is possible. Try the Thai clinic from my first post.
