SSRI instead of HRT

I've been on paxil 40 mg and effort 75 mg for decades now and my sex drive is very low and orgasms are almost non-existent and it takes forever to cum with TRT but without TRT my sex drive is dead no erections or orgasms and no ejaculation but I do get bad hot flashes.

Got castrated for medical reasons lost last testicle on March 2019 taking 200 mg testosterone a week and still am in paxil and effexor and have no sex drive now I don't want it now.

I'm on Escitalopram any weeks now... it works only 2-3 weeks against libido and orgasms, after that time it wents to the opposite and now Ican do what I will, the escitalopram is an incredible maker of really hard erections, heavy orgasms and every time horny... o.O
