I inject T Cyponate weekly. It is more convenient than applying the gel daily, costs me maybe 5% of what the gel costs annually, gives me a steady rate of T, which is actually much higher than what the gel was providing. Its easy to inject, with no pain.

Probably far less that one might think. Just takes away those annoying distractions standard males have. All men change in many ways with time.

Interesting that you consider this a disadvantage. I always thought it would be cool to have boobs. Maybe I was wrong.

The short answer is no. The long answer is that I regretfully have to put up with a long list of unfavorable side effects to get just one important benefit.

Taking estrogen takes care of almost all of the bad side effects.

Jared this is particularly interesting because you had been on androcur for a while before you were done, right? So this calls into question whether chems are really a good "test drive" of surgery?

I personally find them fairly inconvenient. I have to dress around them to try to hide them. Objectively they look good and my partner likes them, but to me they feel gross and grotesque, and I feel a bit ashamed at times because of them. I have been taking estrogen though this whole time, mainly to just have a sex hormone in my body for health, and to up the cuteness factor. I'm not transgender or anything. I just prefer being androgynous. I knew going into this I'd get some breast development and general feminization but I was ok with that and willing to deal with anything extra that I di
bad or a good side effect , depending on your own desires!Frida G Cavic (imported) wrote: Sun Jun 05, 2016 5:16 pm dn't like. Beats aging into a caveman-bodied normal dude.
It certainly does!It provides you energy and a feeling of wellbeing, prevent osteoporosis and improves lipid balance by rising HDL on the proper doses, but also feminization is expected which relatively might be a
It's not all sunshine and roses IMO. Particularly if you're taking it without being trans.
There are the emotional effects, which I don't really like all the time. I don't like how easily I cry or get emotional now, and I'm a huge sap, which I suppose has its upsides, but still. It's also negatively affected how I behave in fight or flight scenarios. I'm more prone to cave, and basically right when the situation ends or the moment I'm fine I just uncontrollably cry and want to curl in a ball and be held. Any time I'm surprised I squeal, any time I'm yelled at I cower and get all wide-eyed. So on and so forth. It's embarrassing.
Then there is just the emotional rollercoaster it puts you on in general. I don't feel so in control of my emotions anymore, and at times I feel they're pretty in control of me.
