Should I apply it to just my scrotum, penis, or elsewhere? I am not looking for feminization either. How long before results appear and does it affect my libido? Thanks!

If you do not wish any feminization DO NOT use the Estrogen cream!!! Using the estrogen cream could enlarge you penis and temporary shrink your testicles and cause breast growth, but please note your mileage may vary.
