Sounds to me that you have passed the point of no return and it might be an ide to go and see a doc about getting it removed

It seems like I have heard this a few times now. I just got back from annual physical at Dr.s. I was a little shocked when she pulled sheet away. For the record I'm a commando kinda person. Her eyes fixed on my bruised colored penis. Of course it's cold not warm and hooked to the right. So she ended with quite the chat. And she understands and a l explained what I've been doing and she says it's very noticeable. That's when she came out and told me that what she has heard and seen, that my penis is past any kinda recovery. It's permanently damaged and she did mention the risk of clots. Circulation is poor, and that that it will never resume any feeling in it. She did ask if I would consider counciling. I've explained I'm in my right mind.

I asked if she was able to do a penectomy and she replied oh no. She said that she would search for me but she acted like it was a slim chance. She did show compassion in my feelings oh why I wanted to be rid of everything. She did mention that if I succeed in removal I'll be her first, I kinda laugh at that.

I injected lidocaine yesterday an hour so after Drs appointment. I'm not sure why my penis is so numb but it did man my penis swell like I had an erection there I had a straight penis sorta hangs down when swelled in that form. I added the 7 bands and went upon my chores I wanted to do. Working right along my alarm went off, I must have never shut it off from working nights just reset it the other night. Good thing it did I had bands on for few minutes over 6hrs. This time after removing the bands no nothing no ache like last time. Today back to normal size other than swollen where I band. Just total numbness.

Well 6 hr's is a long time and for a lot of men, might have killed their penises. Your penis might be tougher, probably needs 8 hrs. Most urologists in the US won't perform a penectomy unless the penis is turning gangrene, even then they'll try to save it. If your penis turns black, better head to the ER.

Well I can say I have done 6hrs six different times, 4 with 2 bands and twice with 7 bands. And there is a big difference the last two times has gotten me and now pushed me over the threshold of no recovery. My next multiple day off I might just give the 8hr a try. This way if it turns black I can head to an emergency room. The closest is an hour away next is 3 hr drive away. Think I'll chance the farther one, less chance to be recognized.

Just be sure you don't take the bands off before you go. If it's turned black, removing the bands could be hazardous to your health, especially if you're adding another 3 hours after it turns black before you get to the ER.

I figure how er operate that once I'm checked in, by the time IMS seen and they get around to remove bands that my penis while be definitely dead. I'm betting another few hours after checking in, so maybe 15-18 hrs will pass.

How do you plan to pee during that interval? Inability to void can become a critical issue.
