I've seen two results of Dr. A and penectomy. Can't say I was impressed with the results, and the way he treats the castration and penectomy patients seems a bit sketchy. Be cautious.

Well I just took I believe a step forward. I contacted Dr.A. and conversed back and forth by text. And I have to call tomorrow during his required hours. So I can now say not sure if I'll be able to sleep tonight, just thinking of the call tomorrow.

Lidocaine injections indeed are the best, I injected myself last two days and have banded until I had a yellowish color penis. My penis is swollen larger than any erection I ever had, preventing it from retracting. Saving up for after the first of the year for my trip to Michigan, then I can be two unwanted items lighter.

I have had a good success with banding with a small rubber band.

I was banding 3 times a 25min in flaccid state and very tight on the base.

The result was a absolute numb penis for around two weeks and after it the feelings came slowly back.

It seems, not the time of banding is the reason for numbness. I think it is the power of pressure on the nerves and also

seems good to do it multiple times... so it's also not every time the same section, it's some millimeters shift every time and so are more sections of the nerves damaged what made the numbness perfect and the time to recover is much longer then one time banding.



I also have test the elastrator rings... senseless (to floppy), complicated to use and hurting if you cut it off.

Small rubber band any tight rounds around the penis have much more pressure and the success is absolute guaranteed.

Rubber bands are not as harsh or as restrictive as elastrator bands, but essentially they do the same thing, except rubber bands aren't as harsh. Elastrator bands are really the most constrictive rubber band that you can really buy, they're extremely powerful and intense. Both of these do things better than a zip tie, rubber bands/elastrator bands keep restricting constantly, the pressure keeps coming. When I had a penis and banded it with an elastrator, the intense pressure kept on restricting my penis, that's why it was hard to keep on for any length of time, it just wouldn't stop restricting and then the pain became unbearable. So using a less restrictive rubber band can get you the same results, but might take longer. Keep in mind that if you keep banding eventually you might permanently numb your penis. It has happened to some of us. Mine was semi numb all the time before I removed it, which helped me with the pain.

Yes, I think it could dangerous for nerves if you are banding too long. This is the reason why I'm banding only short time with more pressure.

If you use latex as band, you can get more and more pressure with any round around the Penis.

An elastrator ring in contrast has only very weak pressure on a limb penis.

On an errected penis is the elastrator band also ok, but the saver method seems with a limb one, as far I've read in several articles.

I would have to use water with ice and submerge my penis around 45min to the hour to push and keep bands on. But I still had the stinging when I cut them off. After I tried lidocaine gel and rubbed on my base of my penis it numbed but it wouldn't penetrate so the pain was still there. I tried the lidocaine injections and 10 min numbed and bands was on for 5 hrs straight yesterday. Then I had to go to the bathroom, so off they come no stinging nothing. Once the bands was off the bruising where they were on was instant.

Injected lidocaine again and banded, 6hrs straight with bands on. 10mins after removing bands wow did my penis burned turned bright red from purplish/with patches of yellow . And feel like it was on fire, never turned myself but I can imagine that would be how my penis felt afterwards. After those two long banding secessions my penis is swollen around than any erection I've ever had, but down fall is its retracted as much as swelling will allow. It looks like one of those lose skin wrinkly dogs. And it has a very noticeable s shape bends to the right then back to the left. There is no feeling at all any where in it until close to the base where banded. After the last banding it felt like I really had to pee, but it wasn't pee felt like I was trying push gel out my penis. It kinda reminded me of trying so such MC Donald's thick milkshake thru a straw thick. It was clear fluid but thick and sticky.

This past week has been quite the experience. I have a hard ring where bands was place for the 5&6 hr banding. My skin scabbed over where bands was to. I have not a twitch nothing, if I try and hold my penis in my hand and try and my my penis move it is motionless. after the banding it swelled to the point of my skin was tight to the point where the skin tore in several spots nothing big just minor ones. I'm not sure how tough a penis really is but I'm putting mine through is paces. I'm sure I'm gonna pass the point of no return and a dead penis will result.
