When I did this with the steel clamp its okay to tightly squeeze the rods together then lightly tighten the locking screws (Or whatever you've got).

You definately don't want a power driver for this.

Your dick will be dead meat if it was left on for 3 hours as you are also crushing tissue as well.

I gave this up as I was damaging things down there and I didn't want this (I only had this on for 40 mins max).

Brazed two machine nuts to the rod and then can draw bolts tight with my fingers. But I can add a wrench to tighten more. Which I only added half to 3/4 turn more with wrench. Boutan hour on then I immediately sounded my urether, I felt a little resistance at clamp site but was able to get thru and left in for few hours.

I managed to run a 3mm tap through the ends of the rods but it sounds the same as what you have.

Hope its a sucsess at least you will save on bands and you don't have to slice them away at the end of each session.

There is a safety aspect to this method in as much as if you start to bleed badly you can re tighten and sort things out.

Can you explain what you're planning again, just a glansectomy, correct?

That is the first step, I want to remove my glans first then later on I'm leaning toward total penectomy. But I need to get a reroute before will proceed to the penectomy. I have a partially strangulated left testicle, and a fluid blow out of the right one which still functions. So well after I have the penectomy I plan on getting a castration and scrotum removal.

If you have somehow cut down through the dorsal nerve or damaged it, then that's probably "part" of why you're experiencing these symptoms......(2) Best case scenario would be for the urologist to look at your penis and say, "It's dead, I must take it off", but that has never happened that I know of yet.

1) Apparently (according to my Plastic Surgeon), nerves can grow back. He told me this just before he removed my nipples. He says after a year or two, my nipple's cut nerves will grow back and my nice feeling will return, but this time, as I don't have nipples, under my skin where they used to be. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

2) That actually happened to me.

I expect after fully healing that I'll have some feelings, but I'm hoping to have my glans fully removed. I keep my penis numb by continued banding/clamping.

Heavy banding and clamping day my penis has stayed purple most of today. 1 hour on and a 10 min break between then back on for an hour. Every time I released band/clamp the last few times my penis burned, it has been cold with no circulation going. Been about two plus hours now and cold and purple color hasn't changed only thing is my penis has retracted in. If you looked at me you would swear I have no penis, my skin is getting very lose. I'll see what it looks and feels like tomorrow when I get up.

If you continue like this, gangrene is going to set in. If you want a penectomy, then leave the bands on for at leat six to 24 hours. Take it off. Your penis will suddenly turn pitch black and necrosis will set in. GO TO THE ER! You will be put on antibiotics and most likely get a penectomy.

If not, you are dangerously close to get it anyway or do some permanent damage. Make a choice, because you are past the point of banding play.

Update my glans is patchy deep purple along with my circumcision scar band as well. The rest of my penis is lighter purplish color to Rose colored. My penis is sorta swollen but acts like it trying to retract into me but the skin seems to being preventing this. It kinda looks like those wrinkly dogs. I can physically watch it retract then when it gets to the point it can't anymore releases then right back retracting again. Kinda like it has a mind of its own
