Can anyone guide me to a forum where I can discuss my anxiety with others?

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place for my thread. I'm suffering and I need help so I would appreciate if someone could suggest a place online that I could use to share my situation with others and to get help or to be sure if what I have is anxiety or something else in the first place. Thank you.

There are some forums that are focused on depression, which I know is intimately connected to anxiety. depressionforums.org and depression-understood.org are two I know of. I would not be surprised if there are some that are specifically focused on anxiety, but I don't know them myself. What I do know is that you are not alone, there are a lot of people who suffer from anxiety, and also people who have found ways to handle it. I would bet that in almost any forum online you could find people dealing or struggling with anxiety. strugglebuspodcast.com is a podcast that touches on this as well. Their online presence is mostly on facebook, however.
