Re: Scrotum Removal
Yes, stitches out and doing well. Fine result and getting better by the day.
There is one odd thing I noticed: While I had a scrotal remnant, even a small one, and no nuts, it still felt as if nuts were missing. It took some getting used to, but in the end, ok.
Now with totally no trace of a scrotum, just a healing midline line, the feeling is as if there never were nuts. Maybe LT and Yoda report something similar when they tell us that a missing pickle is not missed, it is as if never there before.
While I guess fully qualified before the scrotum removal, the current feeling is very much a completely nutted eunuch. It feels better than I had imagined.
The job was done by a DC genital plastics dr who charged $1,500 plus $250 for anesthesia. No insurance accepted, but I guess this is common with the plastics specialty. The only additional expenses were medications for pain and antibiolics, and a local hotel.

.....
Now all good again.
My surgeon was interested in if I wanted a bigger scrotum and plastic nuts. He seemed to have no problem with removing all the scrotum instead. He offered a flat or tight closure. I feel happy that I chose tight.
It was not so expensive and I recommend if you have an empty scrotum, don't. The result without one just feels so good!

What's the difference between a flat and a tight closure?

Re: Scrotum Removal
Hi, great question. From my research, if the scrotum is empty and healed from castration, a plastic surgeon will do scrotalplasty. There is one surgeon in Edison NJ who does this.

Re: Scrotum Removal
Well, as far has my nether regions can attest, it seems that "flat" means the removal of loose scrotum and contents by cutting out a diamond shape and closing it in a single midline incision. My "tight" is much the same, but a longer and wider diamond is take
It closes a long chapter of life, and opens another, which feels very good.
For surgical eunuchs, something to consider, but get it done by a plastic surgeon, not urologist. It cost me $1500, for a gift that keeps on giving.
so that most loose skin and stuff left-right as well as front to back is taken, leaving a tight closure. It was a little uncomfortable as expected immediately after, but now it feels very good, with no sign that there was ever a scrotum or nuts. Might have been made to be eunuch.daifu-orchid (imported) wrote: Sun Jun 19, 2016 4:35 pm n from root of dick to just in front of anus,

Re: Scrotum Removal
