Funny how things are different in different places, like you I was kept in hospital after my castration due to infection here in London, I was in a general male ward, every morning the nursing staff at change over were taken bed to bed and told what was wrong with the patient and what was happening that day or what happened during the night, when it came to my bed I was skipped completely and they went to the next. The only nursing staff who looked at my site of infection (scrotum) were the ward Sister a tiny woman from the Philippines, the night Sister from Ghana a very large woman, who both ran the ward like clock work and were not to be messed with, and both were very protective of me, and then the Consultant, I even was allowed my curtain to be pulled in the daytime to screen me off from the other patients, the only one allowed to do so.

All the others new what I was in for but nobody else was allowed to look, the young nursing staff, especially the males couldn't even look me in the eye, all were very sweet to me though and I new all were well aware why I was there but nobody mentioned it to me, maybe they were afraid I would break down at the mention of it, they all couldn't have been nicer to me though, even when I was able to walk to the shower but walked like John Wayne nobody laughed.

This woman violated a patient's right to privacy and the law on the subject by taking the pictures. That much is obviously true.

The next thing that is obviously true is that having done something wrong, she compounded it by showing the photos to others outside the hospital. And for that she was punished.

I've been in hospitals enough in my life to know that this was all about privacy.

Considering how tremendously busy nurses are, I doubt this is what was going through her mind when she took the photo. I'm guessing there was something very bizarre about his particular anatomy (maybe he's one of us, tattoos, something else). I think the likelihood of this being done to indulge her own fantasy is low. I think this was more a situation of the concept of Facebook and Instagram run amok.

This lack of education and seeming desire to see how little knowledge we can bestow on those coming after us, this dismissal of science, the feeling whatever Kardashian has flashed their twat at us today being more newsworthy than why the rest of the world would like to kill us, has me ready to jump ship and move to another country.
