Wow, Ive never really thought about this aspect. I wear briefs or boxers depending on my mood. I have testicles, but no penis and this seems to usually work okay. More often I go with briefs because the loose fabric in a pair of boxers sometimes irritates the sensitive area where my penis would normally be. Something tighter keeps that in check. Also...not to be gross, but despite my best efforts, a few dribbles of pee always make their way out after Ive finished.
