My depo provera usage and present goals.

I have been on Depo for several months now. I started and then stopped after a few months. Then I ordered another batch and have been taking it ever since. I started with a 300mg dose and then have taken 150mg injections each month. I also take estrofem and androcur. I am effectively castrated. The Depo really works. The first time I gave myself the shots I got really excited. I knew that my sex life would end as the Depo did its job. I get the Depo from an online pharmacy. I am happy with my results.

Why do you use Androcur in addition to Depo Provera? Either one should work on its own and androcur can be tough on the liver.

Pitty this post is so old, probably most of the posters have moved on.

But I would like to know more about the "time line" of expected dissapearance of nocturnal erections. I hate them.

I have used depo provera, bear in mind I have also done a lot of damage to my testicles with alcohol. The effects, for me took 3 days. I guess it depends on the amount of T you have. I did one 150mg injection and then followed it up with another 2 weeks later and then monthly. It took about 2 months for the effects to start wearing off.

depo is very effective and long lasting. For most people an initial 2 shots followed up by monthly shots will be adequate.

Doses beyond 150mg at a time should be done with medical supervision this is a very powerful anti androgen and the preferred weapon of choice for chemical castration of sex offenders.

A big side effect is is the increase in mass in breast tissue, I was also using injectable estrogen and my breast got a lot fuller as a result and the results are permanent. If this is not a desired effect you should look at Tamoxifen too.

I have a 150 mg vial. Just waiting for the right time to use it.... there is lots of conflicting information about how long it takes to stop night time erections, ranges from 3 days to 3 weeks!! I have read so much and am overdosed with info/dosage and frequency etc. I just want to try it once....... dont need any more than that I think. Want impotence and srinkage. Probably need more shots. But not keen to do anything more than that first up.

Not keen on mixing other drugs with it either.... but understand the benefits of tamoxifen.

By the way. The vial is so much smaller than i thought it would be!! Such a tiny amount of this stuff can do so much, for so long.....
