Ocd

[To the moderator: If this is not the correct section of the forum to post this, then I apologize, and please move it accordingly.]

I'm fairly certain that many of the members here are intimately familiar with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). So, I thought this personal account might be of interest. While I say this is a personal account, it's not about me. I'm relating what happened to a close relative of mine: my cousin. He and I are the same age and we spent a lot of time together as we grew up. We were pretty much like brothers, and we could share our deepest secrets with each other. He was the first person that I came out to as gay.

In his early 20's he developed serious OCD, which was so severe that he couldn't function normally, and couldn't hold down a regular job. By this time my own family had moved to Western Canada, while his family stayed in Ontario. However, the two of us were still quite close, and we still stay in touch via Skype.

A few months ago, we were in touch, and he was quite excited, because his doctor had him on some new meds. He said that he was finally in a state where he could control his OCD, and his life. A few weeks later, we were in contact again, and he told me that for the first time in many years he had managed to get a full time job. He was operating a forklift in a food processing plant. Of course we were quite happy about this. We stayed in close contact over the next few weeks getting updated about his progress. While his meds managed to control his OCD, the OCD never really goes away completely, and he would still describe some of his obsessions to me. Some of them were quite creepy, but he acknowledged that with his meds they were manageable.

Describing one of these obsessions would be pretty shocking anywhere else, but probably not so much on the Eunuch forum, which is the reason why I'm posting it here. He said that he had a nearly overwhelming compulsion, while at work, to stick his penis into the pickle slicer. Of course, he fully recognized the gravity of what he was saying, and because of his meds he was able to control himself. Still, it was always there in the back of his mind. (And of course, there was really no way of getting away with this anyway, with all of the other workers around.)

So, fast forward a few weeks, and he Skyped me again. This time, he was extremely upset, and I asked him what was wrong. He told me that he "did it." He didn't have to say any more than that. I knew immediately what he was talking about.

In his words (to the best of my recollection):

"As fucked up as it is, I could never get it completely out of my mind. Thursday, last week, it was around noon, and most of the workers had gone for lunch, so the place was pretty much deserted. I was moving a pallet of jars across the plant. I'd dropped off the pallet in the pickle and relish processing area... And there was the pickle slicer. I was completely overcome, and couldn't think of anything else, and regardless of the meds, I just did it. I got off the forklift, walked over there, and I jammed my cock into the pickle slicer, all the way, right up to my balls!"

He stopped at that point, and I was too shocked to say anything. There was a painful silence, and I was trying the think of something to say. But then, he carried on:

"So, just then, the foreman comes back in and sees what's happening. And... well, to make a long story short, I was fired on the spot."

That was hardly surprising, but of course I had to get the whole story, "Tell me, what happened with the pickle slicer."

He answered:

"Oh yeah. She was fired too."

That joke is even older than Mac the Wolf, but you managed the best telling of it that I've yet seen. Great job!

Yeah, I first heard it many years ago, but it's still probably my all time favourite joke. I figured some of the young 'uns here might not have heard it before.
