Hello all, you can call me Jasriella or Jamie. I'm an MtF trans woman but cant start transitioning till I'm done with my military service.

Always had the fetish of losing what's between my legs, and eventually I know it will all be gone regardless and replaced with something more feminine. Although if an opportunity comes up I would be happy to get castrated.

Don't do anything while you're in the military. I know the Army field manuals state the unexplained absence of one of both testicles is a disqualifying condition, though if I believe your location in your profile, I'm guessing you're not Army.

Hopefully you're close to getting your DD214 in hand.

Are you really MtF or perhaps are you instead MtE? Either is o.k. but there are options that didn't exist even 5 years ago for folks who have had lifelong discomfort with their male bits.

I fit the MtE definition and it's how I got my surgery to become a nullo.

Welcome! When I was in the military, I never had anyone check out my balls after the initial physical but you may find it difficult doing your duties or meeting PT standards without T. Luckily, the military is probably about to be wide open to trans people.

I'm currently enlisted in the Army National Guard, and I haven't had anyone check down there since j enlisted 7 years ago. But yes I am MtF, j would have done something myself actually if the surgeon didn't need most of what ya got.

Welcome Jamie. I'm also MtF although starting transition very late in life due to a number of things and just had an orchiectomy on Apr. 26th. My military service was so long ago every base I where I did boot camp/was stationed is closed and all my squadrons decommissioned. Regarding allowing trans people to serve and I'll believe it when I hear it or read it, supposedly on the 27th of this month the DOD is going to announce trans can openly serve in the military. I would assume it will include the Guard so maybe you'll be able to serve openly long enough for a name change so your DD-214 has the correct name and you don't have to fight to it changed. I never bothered to think what the implications would be to my DD214 and VA benefits would be after transitioning. What stinks is I can't ETS out because of my new job, got a full time tech position so I have to stay enlisted. Gonna make transitioning really hard socially I don't know how I'm going to do it.
