In the discussion forums, the kind of talk where real people are actually being hurt is prohibited. IE Going against the long standing policy of not soliciting cutter services in these forums. The difference being something like, "Is there someone out there who can come to me and cut my dick off while I dance in the moonlight?", vs. "Does anyone know of available doctor and/or therapist resources where I can get questions answered and begin my journey to being castrated?" IE support of finding legitimate resources = good. Support finding non-medical providers of these kinds of "services" is not.

While we're here on things accepted and not... Generally underage talk is prohibited as well, though things like the scientific analysis of onset of desire for these modifications, or questions about what age did this start for a person already an adult, would be allowed. Example, it would have been bad for a 12 year-old me to be here asking these questions or for people to be engaging with 12 year-old me, except to tell me to go speak with my parents. On the other hand, engaging adult me about when my desire for castration/nullo started for me (answer, as early as 5 years-old) is ok. The difference is you're engaging with an adult speaking of their childhood experience, vs. speaking with an actual child.

As for cannibalism, generally it will follow the model of prohibition of talking about cutter services. Now in the fictional context there is lattitude (IE in the fiction archive) and people openly joke about it the message forums, but as long as there is no intent to engage in it or seek someone to engage in it with in reality, generally you're not going to get into trouble... perhaps a message to curtail things a bit, but probably not banned or otherwise kicked out.

As an example of cannibalism talk at the moment... There's a whole recently posted thread where that is happening a bit, related to the animal commonly called a Penis Fish (or Geoduck). Nobody expects anyone will actually be taking an actual human penis off and doing what is mentioned is done to serve up a penis fish, but it can certainly be joked about. Coming in and talking about having done that to a human penis in reality? Well... That post won't be sticking around.

Hopefully this helps clarify things a bit. I welcome the longer term moderators to chime in if they have something to add.
