Aww, you're lucky to finally have your testes damaged :) Congrats!

6ng/dL is my lowest T level every registered last November. It was 34 in mid May, because I lowered my siblingual pills dosage from 6 to 4mg. I hope that it didn't go any higher than that. I'm like afraid of having to use CPA since I got my PRL sky high while on it, but it suppresses my LH fairly nice and to undetectable levels and if left like that on a stable dose for long enough (abt 3 mos) my T no longer gets higher. I'm thinking to add some micronized progesterone in near future, but first I have to taper off finasteride, as both of them are interacting.

If you're pre surgery try adding estriol cream to your daily treatment rather than increasing estradiol.

The receptors for the two different estrogens act in different ways on your body.

You'll see subtle results in about 10 days far easier on your pocketbook. And if you are taking the estradiol orally

you may consider rectally to increase the results without increasing the dose. The documented difference

of HRT rectally verses orally is a remarkable increase in your estrogen levels either by the saliva or blood test.

And you'll "FEEL" the difference while others will actually see the subtle differences..

Coming from a couple decades of practical experience. HI Hi!

It's slightly offtopic, but I'm doing SL estradiol hemihydrate and it works fine for me. And something that works fine, I never bother to change. Taking my estradiol pills rectally is pretty inconvenient and also risky, if active ingredient happens to enter the blood stream via the portal vein, because that way it will get directly to the liver, so one's losing the main goal of not taking it orally - to bypass liver.

The OBgyn at our free clinic indeed prescribes this rout to women who suffer vaginal dryness since it cost about 4 cents a day with 1mg estradiol oral pills inserted rectally in place of the more expensive (4.00 dollars a day estrogen vaginal cream). It is well documented that rectal administration provides the exact same results as vaginal administration. Google "hormones taken rectally" and you will find an extreme amount of documentation.

In my case this is the exact way I take my estrogen and the results are infinitely more noticeable than oral administration principally due to the fact that the medicine is not being broken down by stomach acids via oral administration.

I add my endorsement of rectal estradiol. 1 mg/day works fine for me.
