Re: prolactin problems and antiandrogens/estrogen
After more than a month of bromocriptine I have seen some improvement.
I decided start on 1 pump of oestrogel. I aapplied for 7 days and my headaches peaks up by the 5-6 day, they weren´t as bad as before bromocriptine though , but even so I stopped the gel.
Now I´m applying 1pump oestrogel every other day I hope I finally can tolerate this posology.
The next week is my next prolactin test, I pray for everything comes good.
and in the next appointment I´ll ask the endocrynoligist the best and most suitable dosage for me of oestradiol although he is not specialized in transexuals

Frida, don’t medicate yourself, ask your endocrinologist or find a specialist that works with transgenders. Don’t put yourself in danger!

here do not exist trans-specialist. And even If had one, I couldn´t pay a treatment in a private clinic. My endocrinologyst is that my insurance assigned me. I have no options. even so, I´ll try ask my endo put me in some oestrogens...

Re: prolactin problems and antiandrogens/estrogen
Hi everyone!
I feel very happy today
there´s some great news
first my prolactin have lowered to normal range 7.91ng/ml (3-19ng/ml) after 56 days of half-pill of bromocriptine at nights, My endo was very happy with the results
second, he asked me for erections, and other low T sympthoms which I actually have and he intended put me on testosterone but I talk to thim and explained my transgender desires and he said me that there would be no problem on put me on oestradiol in the next visit! If everything goes ok, and I hope that Finally I will be able to have a medically supervised oestrogen replacement for the first time in my life!
third, I showed my testciular scan and prescribed me DHEA he said that If my testicles do not descend they must go! seeing the current physcial state of my testicles I think that is more likely that It happen!!
the right have a grape size and is very hard an retracted the left is mishapeened and extremely hard.
I appreciate to all replies and all who have helped me until now in this journey that have just begun!!:)

Re: prolactin problems and antiandrogens/estrogen
Thank you. tomorrow I´ll have my third apointment with my psychologist, she´s not trans specialist but She noticed perfectly my dysphoria from the first visit, my main problem is how to deal with my gender in a social level I think.
