prolactin problems and antiandrogens/estrogen
any one has had an issue of high-prolactin? a few days ago I produced some milk-like drops when squish my breasts, I liked It but It worried me at the same time. I´ve got headaches also, so I´m worry about very hig-prolactin, I dropped all hormones since around one month. also I switched to oestrogel which also I dropped until discharge and headaches have stopped. I have a lab appointment on february 11 and I´ll ask for prolactin levels test too. I hope everything go well. Today the discharge is less but headaches persists.

It is difficult to give an answer to your question, since you dont have a blood test done yet.
What you might consider high can be in normal female range. Since you are on estrogen, a small discharge is normal. If you start lactating
then it is a concern!
High prolactin symptoms:
Large prolactin-producing adenomas (also called prolactinomas) are benign (non-cancerous) tumors of the pituitary gland that produce prolactin and thereby cause higher than normal blood prolactin concentrations. They can cause symptoms by pressing on nearby structures in the head. Pressure on nerves to the eyes can impair vision, especially peripheral (side) vision. Pressure on the pituitary gland can decrease production of the hormones that stimulate the thyroid gland and adrenal glands, leading to underactivity of the those glands. Pressure can also cause headaches.

Stop squishing your breasts!

Re: prolactin problems and antiandrogens/estrogen
I´ll get my prolactin levels tested in the next weeks. All my hormones suspended until my next apointment when the results come in. I hope this be just temporary and nothing serious. Today no discharge, actually I do not discharge unless I stimulate them. headache relieves in the midday and afternoon and increase at mornings which are the hours when prolactin natuarlly rise, and yeah I´ve stopped squishing my breast as breast stimulation can rise prolactin too!!!

Re: prolactin problems and antiandrogens/estrogen
I have had a pitutiary adenoma for years. It is a prolactinoma and I lactate a lot. These tumors are generally benign. They can cause all sorts of issues. Mine gives me constant headaches and also affects my thyroid, I do not respond to the tablets either. One side effect of the prolactin is that it will give you fuller breasts!
Generally a blood test and then an MRI will confirm whether it is a pitutiary issue. There are other causes of prolcatin some of them can be tablets. Are you on any medication?

Yes I have been taking estrogen's for years and yes I am on estrogen currently.
The hormonal balance is a very delicate thing and easily upset or tipped one way or the other. We know that bodybuilders who use testosterone supplements battle with raised estrogen and prolactin levels.
It is possible that a high dose of estrogen could raise prolactin:

A fast drop in estrogen can be enough to make you lactate.

And Doctors will give estrogen, to dry up lactating mothers which do not wish to breast feed. To induce lactation, the fast drop in estrogen and nipple sucking will induce lactation.

Re: prolactin problems and antiandrogens/estrogen
my result was prolactin 33ng/ml, normalrange women(2-27) men (2-20) this suggest a slight increase due to drugs according to my knwoledge.:-\ headaches stopped a few days but today I woke up with a bad one. I did not squish my breast again and I have not noticed any discharge. I dropped estradiol since 4 january (exactly 1 month ago) and depo provera since 3 december (2 months) endo apointment the next week.
