I read that lupron depot was strong but costs a lot of $$$ but has anyone here used it? How effective is it vs depo provera injections?

I used the very similar triptoreline. It was very efficient and lowered the testosterone level to almost zero. I paid almost nothing because I got it for pedophilia.

Guy26. who rarely comes around anymore, used Lupron very effectively for a trial period. His insurance paid for it, but you are correct that it is very expensive and not really a good option as a result.

I have also buy a dose Zoladex and it is also not cheap, but i will use it later this year I think.

But this products should be wery effective and without the bad liver damage or so of other products like Cyproterone.

At time I'll make a test with Deca, but I dont know, how it is to use. I dont have inject me on other places as the testicles.

I think it could be better, as far it is anabolic and hold stabile the health.

I'm about to go back on Lupron Depot. It comes with the option of 3 month, 6 month, & 12 month options. In the past I've only been able to convince my Endocrinologist to go with the 3 month option.

You're right, it's not cheap! But it's AWESOME! It's also NOT hormone based like Depo Provera and doesn't have anywhere near the propensity to cause Gynocomastia that Depo Provera does.

I was on Lupron Depot for almost two years. The OTC price for a 3 month shot is around $900 last time I checked, which has been quite a while. However if you've got any kind of health insurance at all, get you Primary Care doc to either write you script for it or send you to an Endocrinologist that will! It's certainly worth it!!!

AFAIK, its the nearest thing to entirely losing the nuts. It seems a few here had a time with it before getting nutted.

As is often said, you can't put them back once they're pruned, but Lupron maybe can help getting to whether its a good plan.

Yes, though not troubled with sexual drive problems, I find that my years since losing the nuts have been the best.

well this is going to get a bit complicated but ill tell how i came to be on depo lupron

i live in a group home and i am technially was a ward of the state not really sure about the anymore but ive had fantasies about castrating myslef for a long time but when i actally pruchcheased a elasterator and bands to try to do it myslef i was found out and taken to a psych ward who found me sound of mine of course so my therapist suggested i go see Dr Fred Berlin of john Hopkins hospital very famous guy apparently he is the one who suggested the depo lupron my insurance happens to almost completely cover it but very unfortunately does not cover my visit to the man himself which ran about 250 a visit ended up going to a psychiatrist for her to prescribe so my insurance covers the med with only a $1 co-pay

this is what i told everybody and it is true for me so i don't know if you would be able to lie about this sort of thing to get it prescribed but Ive always had fantasies about being castrated nullified or somehow being transformed into a girl but it was almost completely connected to my sex drive eg: after i masturbate the thoughts of harming myself like that fade away but only until the next time i wank lol so the apparent solution was to remove my sex drive and its pretty much true the only times the fantasies return is when i masturbate which is pretty rare these days so the chance of me harming myself are drastically reduced
