After castration the penis decreases and it may lose between one third and half of its length, when it is neutered do you think, is it worth getting circumcised?

I think it takes awhile for the shrinkage to occur, maybe months or years. I believe it results over time from lack of testosterone and erections.

Well, for what it's worth, I did. A good thing, for the reasons you mention.

However, it is now some years since, and it might be good to get it revised. I've even thought of getting all the shaft skin removed, a radical circ. I've no scrotum, so I'd be left with a glans, I guess, and good enough to aim with.

As ever, careful what you wish for -you can't have it back.

I have a date in January to be castrated....at last!. I have also booked a date to be circumcised, high tight and as hard as they can do it. Looking forward to a whole new look.

Yes, your penis will shrivel after castration, possibly to about 2/3rds its original size. The skin however does not, so circumcision seems like a good idea to keep from having a lot of excess skin.

Is it possible to remove the SHAFT skin beyond the circoncision?

If it was me I'd maybe go for a circumcision while I was being castrated and have it all done in one go. If my penis will shirk over time I think it would be easier to get it done before that happens so the loose skin is easier to deal with.
