Cord block done, now the nurse is gone out of the room and the doctor is explaining what he did and what to expect. Then he comes out with if this doesn't work, we'll have to look at other options including removal. (Keep in mind he doesn't know I'm transgender.) So I pipe up with something along the line of my age and it's not that big a deal. Now here comes the doctors answer. (Drum roll) "Well that may be your age but you only have one testicle that works and your wife wants a husband, not a sister." I am immediately trying not to roll off the exam table laughing and my wife is sitting across the room trying not to fall out of the chair laughing. He's just standing there looking confused. I guess next appointment I should clue him in, mention I'm seeing a gender therapist and my wife's had a part time sister 
for quite a few years. And who knows, may get one full time somewhere in the future.H1
