Youtube is a world wide service. Only thing youtube cares a lot is copyright and laws.

There can not be any moral police on youtube.

Then may be eating pork, publicly, should be forbidden too from youtube?

Perhaps sometime in the future everyone could choose what kind of filters to apply to content available to you.

What Paolo said. Someone stole a video from a site I moderate and then posted it as educational on YouTube, I've had like 50 people ask them to take it down, they wont. If you can't find it, obviously you're not looking hard enough.

Nudity is already forbidden on youtube. And this is a naked cying child in a most humiliating position. This may be not child pornography but its close to it.

Youtube is odd about stuff like this.

You post a clip making a review of the wrong thing, less than 29 seconds long of the media, using the "fair use" clause for critique, education, etc., and your video gets pulled. You get banned, and all the things that go with it, with enough © strikes.

The powers that be don't see to care about the law in certain cases, for certain users. For instance, gamers can run channels all day long with clips from games.

Do a movie or music review, depending on your content, and you get zapped.

I once subscribed to a user who decoded things like symbolism, etc. He used 10 seconds of a famous, androgynous, purple-loving singer. He got thrown off YouTube over it.

But the Nostalgia Critic, for example, is OK?

Not the same thing, but...the same rules or lack thereof apply. What is good the white goose is not so good for the Canadian goose?

Then there is media like the aforementioned. Somehow, it's OK in the eyes of Google to keep these videos.

If it's a religion issue, then why do academic discussions of Christmas, etc., compared to ancient Pagan rites, get pulled? But it's OK to show your young son naked after genital surgery?

For what it's worth, I've seen plenty of that in my day. If I had a dollar for every diaper I've changed since 1990 or so, I could retire! But I sure as hell wouldn't make a video and share it!

I suppose I did at that. Many people believe that circumcision prevents mastrubation. In the short term I'm sure it dose.
