Ettiquette and asking for modified mens personal photos

Post by Losethem (imported) »

After being attacked in the personals section message area, after politely declining to share a photo of my nullo I have in there, it seems like a good time to give a primer/educate those folks who would like to see photos, videos, or anything else from those of us who are ACTUALLY modified on how to interact with us. While I can only speak for myself, I think others who are modified may have similar feelings.

The person who asked me has been on the personals for about 3 years now. For two of those years they have said they are a nullo. They posted a lot of photos ahead of their claimed operation and NOTHING since. Basically they've offered no proof of castration, penectomy, nullo, or anything else other than they are a typically intact male. They asked for my photo password. After reviewing their profile I said, "At this point I will politely decline as it seems you are a nullo but have not shared yourself. Should you be willing to do so, I'll reconsider..." I was going to leave it at that. I figured if they are what they say they are, an offer of exchange would follow, which I would gladly engage in. Instead I got in reply, "what the fuck ever.... why would I show a fake ass like YOU anything @ all ..... big deal your had your ass castrated ??? WOW really WOW..." The grammar errors in the last quote are left intact and are theirs alone.

To which I say:

Lesson 1: If you say you're modified, and want to see another modified persons photo, you should be willing to offer the same of yourself. And if you're the one asking, you should be the one to supply photos first.

Lesson 2: You catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Meaning, if one of us declines to show you our photos, it's time to move on.

Lesson 3: We're human beings first, castrated/penectomized/nullo second. We're not here for your personal masturbation edification. While we can tolerate fantasy folks, our primary reason for being on forums such as this is to meet others like ourselves and those sincerely desiring to be like us. Heck, if you're nice to me I might even indulge your fantasy from time to time, but when I don't cough up photos by your simply asking for them, you shouldn't come back as the guy above did to me. That is the sure fire way to ensure I'll never share anything with YOU, and in fact, might make me less likely to share anything with anyone. Ever.

Put yourselves in our shoes... how would you feel with these types of requests? How would you feel if someone came at you like that just because you were not satisfying the fantasy life at the moment. You'd probably shy away yourself.

That's all I have to say for now.

Whether or not he has a dick, it sounds like he is a dick. I'm sorry you had to put up with that nonsense.

You beat me to it, LT. I was thinking about composing a post like this last night after reading about it. Thank you for addressing this.

To sum it up, it is in extremely poor taste to ask for photos to begin with.

It is even worse to become as hostile as this response you received.

The difference I note here is that this was a Personals user, and not a registered Forum user - for what it's worth.

I would remind all Forum users to not ask for media. This is not the same as asking for another link, should someone share a link that breaks, though.

"That didn't work, is it posted somewhere else?" is fine.

Yes, etiquette matters.

Or, I could have disregarded said etiquette and said something like, "Didn't your mother, if you even had one, teach your rude ass anything at all?"

I can certainly see how that is upsetting. As a trans person I've had men ask for revealing photos and I personally found it disgusting knowing what they wanted the photos for.

As I noted above, I may indulge some guys fantasy at some point. All I really ask is they treat me as a human being first, nullified second. It's *that* simple.

I think it is quite amusing that the person who made the request came back at me as they did. They've been claiming for years they are a nullo, even modified the photo descriptions in their EA Personals profile to say, "This is what I had removed on xx/xx/xx..." Yet they have NEVER provided photo evidence of the after. Then they came asking to see mine. A mutual exchange could have ensued, but they came back with vitriol. Vitrol which exposed their lie about being a nullo, as far as I'm concerned.

Strange how these animals lash out when they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

I have another one on another website telling people that I have mental issues. The fact I've not terminated that person from MBM with extreme prejudice is a testament to my high level of tolerance for these boorish people. *shrugs* Especially after he's posted these sorts of things multiple times.

Hi LT

Sorry to learn that you experienced such bad behaviour. I respect the way you handled it - you are clearly a nicer and more tolerant guy than I would be in that situation.
