Is one's insurance going to cover one's HRT if one *voluntarily* got castrated?

Also, I would certainly like to hear more personal testimonies in regards to this.
After all, personal testimonies help provide more information and evidence in regards to this.

Yes having no sex hormones reduces cancer risks and generally extends your life expectancy by up to ten years.
For the osteoporosis drugs they are just calcium absorption drugs and won't make you horny. So my point is let's say you get castrated and then start developing osteoporosis (you're pretty much guaranteed to actually). Well your doctor and insurance might treat that directly and instead of hrt and give you Fosamax. And even Ralista which is technically hormonal won't make you horny... It just emulates estrogen for bone density purposes.

Please pardon my ignorance in regards to this, but if Ralista is hormonal, then wouldn't it increase one's sex drive at least to some extent/degree?
Also, does a regular, non-castrated man's insurance cover Viagra?
Any thoughts on this?

After all, this one non-castrated man whose body needs testosterone HRT due to reduced testosterone as a result of aging told me that his insurance stopped paying for his HRT in spite of the fact that he had a doctor's prescription for it.![]()
Lose your fear of needles, end of problem. Testosterone cypionate costs about $100 for a 20 week supply. Or put another way, $5 per week.

I'm going to be blunt - Stop being an idiot. Your doctor will figure out a way to get this coded properly to get paid for his work.
If you're that worried about it, keep your balls.
PS, telling your insurance company BEFORE you do it, is inviting your worst fears about their covering HRT to come true. Just don't tell them how you came to be without balls. Easy really.

My insurance pays,when I want the HRT. There's a $30 Copay for 10 weeks.

These days, Viagra generally isn't covered.

Did your insurance actually cover your surgical castration itself, though?

Exactly why not, though?

That's completely without any insurance, correct?
Also, though, what about blood tests?
