If you go tho the WPATH web site (www.wpath.org (http://www.wpath.org)), there is a drop-down menu at the top for <Find a Provider> which allows you to search for WPATH members in your area. There is another drop-down menu for <Publications> which leads you to a PDF download of the full Standards of Care book, as well as other publications. While Male-to-Eunuch is not specifically mentioned, it is part of the non-binary that's discussed toward the end of the book. A revision of the SOC is in the works and MtE should be more fully defined when it comes out. Any good counselor that you find, though, should be willing to work with you on MtE based on what is already in the SOC.
