Can one still get erections if one is a eunuch who is taking estrogen?

OK--this question should be pretty straightforward, and I apologize if it has been asked before. Anyway, though--can one still get erections if one is a (literal) eunuch who is taking estrogen replacement therapy?

Any thoughts on this?

I was about to ask the same question. And I also want to add; would they still get horny? Especially those who have been hypersexual since their puberty.

I had both testicles removed two years ago. i'm on TRT. I have no problem getting erections. I am in excellent health. I might not climax every day but my erections are very long lasting with Cialis, less so without using it, and I enjoy sex immensely as a eunuch.

There have been some reports of people being able to obtain erection with use of estrogen, and some to successfully have orgasmic sex. Havent heard of a lot, since most people doing full doses of estrogen seem to be transgendered.

From firsthand experience with a friend after her orchiectomy but before her GRS surgery, it's possible. I'm sure mileage may vary depending on the person but she was able to with some, uh, encouragement.

Well, this certainly one area where your mileage varies. Having had my orchiectomy almost two years ago and using fairly high estrogen regiment I rarely have any erections. Sometimes I wake up with a marginal one. My libido has been greatly reduced but it is still there, probably for my age I would now consider it close to normal. Overall from my experience the answer would be probably not.

I think this question is a perennial. My answer, based on my experience, is yes, but it is more a function of age, interest and opportunity.

Logically, and based on scientific observations, the answer should be yes.

Male and female anatomy is quite similar. Male penis head similarily constructed as female clitoris is. Nerves, bloodvessels. Females clitoris gets engorged when sexually excited, as males penis do.

Regarding orgasms, these should feel different. But these are easily achievable with estrogen.

Few mtf experiences that I have read are not contradicting to theory above.
