Yeah, no problem! Indeed, try Marci Bowers, Mark Arnkoff, and/or Sherman Leis. Hopefully at least one of them is willing to surgically castrate you. Of course, I think that Dr. Bowers and Dr. Leis require at least one therapist latter while Dr. Arnkoff might not require any therapist letters.

It adds to the cost, marginally. At least compared to what a trip to the ER would cost doing it some other way.

Honestly, it is certainly a tragedy that some aspiring eunuchs still appear to be compelled to seek "back-alley" surgical castrations due to the fact that they cannot get surgically castrated in a safe, medical setting. For goodness sake, there really should be standards of care for non-transgender aspiring eunuchs! Plus, more doctors really should be encouraged to perform elective surgical castrations for non-transgender aspiring eunuchs.

I had to travel to get mine done. Not across the Atlantic, mind you, but still spent about 6 hours on two planes. It just adds to the cost!

Sorry for the delayed response. Mine was done by Dr. Marc Arnkoff in Detroit, MI. No letters or anything required, just $3,000 and an hour of time at his office on a Saturday.
