Here in the UK I have been led to believe there are virtually no surgeons prepared to perform physical castration on request

Does anyone know any surgeons in the UK who will perform physical castration?

That's the 100.000€ Question. I do not know, how to find a surgeon here who will perform vonluntary castration. Maybe in Eastern-Europe the situation is more relaxed.

Better you to do not check this out online. The subject castration could become scandalized in the medical community there, because these doctors will not understand the desire for castration at all. Better travelling to there and meeting surgeons face by face. Telling them that you are afraid of prostatic cancer, pain in the the balls or something else, a n d, the that medical personal of Werstern-Europe is not willing to remove the testicles because of that reason. And offering a good payment could bring the things to go.

In the former Soviet Union republics, a lot of skilled surgeons who are very poor. You can find to do it professionally, but illegally (as I did).

Are you willing to go to the U.S. to get surgically castrated? After all, there appear to be a couple of doctors here in the U.S. who are willing to surgically castrate male-bodied people who are not transgender.

I had to travel to get mine done. Not across the Atlantic, mind you, but still spent about 6 hours on two planes. It just adds to the cost!

It adds to the cost, marginally. At least compared to what a trip to the ER would cost doing it some other way.
