Empty scrotum

Seems a while since the topic of what to do about an unwanted scrotum was last discussed.

I've been trying to contact Dr Fara A in Atlanta http://www.grsatlanta.com/ . He seems very busy and not easy to contact so far. I'd like nothing left, I think.

Are there any alternatives?

What works out best: complete removal of all scrotum skin and remaining contents if any, something else?

I seem to remember the old thread having to do with choosing options like "loose", "flat" or "tight",though I was never too clear what was done for each.

Anyone been done, and happy with the result? What's the winning recipe?

Mine not done yet due to financial concerns, but I do know that I want everything gone as it looks the best in my opinion and will also in all probability be the most comfortable.

From experience, I can tell you that it can become pretty uncomfortable.

After I had myself castrated, I found the loose, empty scrotum very annoying. I contacted several plastic surgeons in my area and all but one said they could do the skin removal. So I picked one and had it done. I chose "flat', so it looks like it was never there. I can't imagine "tight" would be comfortable, and if you want "loose" you already have it.

Dr Fara in Atlanta wouldn't even consider it.

So, I hunted around and think I have found another Mid-Atlantic surgeon who seems willing to do the scrotum removal. The appointment for consultation and exam is early next month. I think the choice should be tight or flat, but as things tend to loosen, maybe tight is best.

Hopefully to be done in January, and then after mostly healed, return to little or no T. It felt good last time, and I was a very much nicer guy, if more pear-shaped. The dick shrank to very little, most of the little length maintained by redundant shaft skin.

I wonder if anyone (no-T) has been tempted to consider having most or all of the left-over shaft skin removed? There will be no scrotum under, so one would then be close to, or just a glans-button? Interesting thought. This surgeon also seems to do re-do circs and other genital esthetic surgery...

I'll not give the name until I'm done, so don't even ask. It was quite the adventure to find.

My empty scrotum has tightened up over 18 years and is still an erogenous zone for me. It brings more pleasure than trouble. For me it may have been all the physical abuse to my scrotum precastration or a combination of the first botched attempt by a friend followed by a poorly numbed surgery by a cutter but I want nothing more done.

No pleasure for me, it is just uncomfortable and welcome to go! YMMV, I guess. Also, the first attempt at removal got infected and the mess will probably never go unless it is removed professionally. I'm not sure, but I think I'll be happier if I lose this reminder of pre-eunuch days. Life is better now.

I am advised that healing will be likely better if I keep the T going until most discomfort has gone. Then, I intend reverting to no T, and that is likely to mean a very small dick with much too much shaft skin again. Maybe that will go sometime in the future too, but for now, one step at a time.

The doc who finished my nullification last June might be willing to do such an operation. I'm guessing it would be simpler to get a plastic surgeon to do it though. At that point it's just loose skin and you're not asking them to remove the testicles. Some might balk, but I'd think it's a fair bit easier to get an empty scrotum removed voluntarily than a penis.
