It feels to me like being a transgendered person on the MtE path. Due to this I found enough courage to see a therapist two years ago. This was a great step for me, but I couldn't deny myself any more. Unfortunately there is no MtE diagnosis available, only MtF or FtM, only two genders, nothing between. Nevertheless, my strong hope is to find and develop thogether with my therapist a new way in the near future. Something similar to the established treatment for transgender people - including cost bearing by the public health insurance.

Hello @all
I've been looking around this site for at least 15 years, so now it's time to register as well.
For those who might not know, I'm from
and have a strong need of becoming a nullo. This is not just a temporary feeling, this feeling is quite permanent over the last 20 years or even longer and got stronger continuously as time went by. These things started somewhere between being 5 yo and early teen ages.

Re: Hello @all
It's getting better in medical world almost daily. MtE is mentioned in the DSM V, you just have to point your therapist to it and help them seek other therapists such as my own who have assisted patients with this definition. In DSM V it's mentioned in a section called "Needs further study" BUT it is mentioned for the very first time, which means there is tacit admission by those who work on the DSM that this is something that exists. It's no longer treated as a figment of our imaginations.
I'm proof a MtE can achieve his goals through legitimate means after having had my nullification surgery with a developing standards of care process back in June 2015.

Re: Hello @all
Thank you. Let's see what my next appointment on tomorrow will bring. I guess my therapist knows these new developments in DSM V, at least he should know as he is very well known in the medical world.
