Paolo wrote: Tue Aug 11, 2015 4:09 pm I recall reading a page, perhaps on the old BME, about a transgender individual who had this done - in order to maintain hormone levels and desire, etc.

I just can't remember who it was, or where the link was...

Paolo's answer seems most probable, from what I recall there were a couple of pictures showing the location of the transplanted testicles (external location) and EA has not supported pictures for a long, long time. If it was not on BME then it might have been on Tribes.

The name was Tess Cowell, but I can't find the article. The article quoted was "Meet Tess: A New Dance of Scalpel and Soul"

I only found references, but not the text. (for example here: https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php ... #msg838013)

I hope its the latter, I may have to rethink things. Love Marci

Ok. found the text, I referenced. https://web.archive.org/web/20080621075 ... d_soul.htm

Though, other than the passing mentioning of "no studies have been done on the risks posed by the surgical re-ascension of the testicles." not so interesting.

(Yes, I know google-fu ;))

I suspect that the cancer risk are a result of what "caused" the testicles to not descend rather than the fact that they are still up in the canals. Strong correlation with no evidence of causation.

Dear fhunter and Jessica I appreciate your response and time, thank you! I went to the link provided by fhunter and it sounded wonderful, to have my testies in place of overies is my dream and maybe my next goal for self improvement, would love for my panties and little shorts to fit and look more feminine, it would make me feel so good and help with my self image. I would appreciate any more info anyone has about the actual procedure. Love Marci

I believe that's likely, but for want of a bunch of volunteers to have surgically re-ascended testicles, examined routinely with ultrasound for up to a few decades of follow-up, it's going to be hard to be completely sure.

I guess that anyone here who has it done could chime in, and post a follow-up when anything interesting happens healthwise. Once we get up to about 32 brave volunteers, we'd reach the low end of statistical significance and can start saying with some authority whether it has any actual health implications.

If ypu try to tuck you will see what I am talking about. That said it seems that a gaff may be my best option. Dear colin, I read a paper someplace where this was an option in srs procedures.I can't find the paper now but it was supposed to help the patient with desire and orgasm. Its what gave me the idea in the first place. Do you know what the procedure is called? Love Marci
Hi there I,m in the same spot as you. What I use as a sillicone donut cockring (40 mm diameter) I got mine from Bondra.

I simply wear the ring as it should be but pull my scrotum up through as well.

As my balls have nowhere to go they pop into the upstairs bunk and stay there.

Very comfortable I wear this 24/7 and into my 2nd year this way.

Personally I'd prefer mine to be gone altogether but this way suits me at the moment.

You are right about the gaffs dead uncomfortable.
