Looking for a "worm-themed" penectomy/castration story

Hello everyone, I apologise if this is the wrong place to ask, but I'm looking for a story that I recall reading a while ago that I'm having trouble finding again. I'm not actually sure if was even from this site/story archive, but this seems like one of the most logical places to look, and where I might have originally read it.

Things I do know is it featured someone finding a frozen "worm" or similar, deciding to shove it down his urethra, and then it thawing and eating at his penis and/or balls.
