Question for those who are castrated but not on HRT

I've been looking over the forum and I hope this is the correct page to post this question. Can anyone who has been castrated but is not on HRT tell me how much shrinkage of the penis could be expected? I know mileage may vary person to person but I'm just curious in general terms. I'm started out small to the point boys made fun of me in phys ed and I will admit that I took a small dose of estrogen for many years without Dr. monitoring (yeah I was stupid) which caused some shrinkage. I'm not interested in a penectomy but, to be absolutely honest about it, I would enjoy it being as small as is possible.

Mine is about half what it was, most likely due to the fact that erections are no longer filling the penis with blood, I am sure it would return to its former self with T added.

Everyone is different. After I was castrated I tried to not use any but severe depression set in, then my doctor told me to use a little to ward off osteoporosis, which I did and have. As a nullo now I don't have to worry about it except that your breasts will grow, mind have, and I only use a small amount of testosterone gel. If you were castrated and didn't use any your penis would definitely shrink, maybe down to half of what it was. If you're small already, it might become invisible, but you never know for sure. It will shrink though, count on that.

I would say that my penis has lost about one-third of its size after I had myself castrated. I was chemically castrated and taking fem hormones and have continued on the fem hormones after surgical castration. I like my result, but not sure if the hormones added to the shrinkage.

Mine shrunk to about a third or less of its former "glory". Where it was a little larger than my thumb, it is now about the size of my little finger but shorter. .

Back to prepuberty size. Took about 3 years of no T for the shrinkage to reach minimum size. If you are obese it can disappear into the fat (I am not).

Ten years ago I underwent a radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer. Fortunately my surgeon was very skill and I had no loss of erections. Each year I had my annual medical exam by him ; I remained sexually active with no problems. Only my orgasms had become dry.

But 3 years ago my urologist died and I had to meet a new urologist for my annual medical check-up; this new surgeon was very surprised because I was not castrated: he said me that I was truly in dangerous situation with so much testosterone in my body. He convinced me to undergo a bilateral orchidectomy. I was done one month later and became a eunuch!

The effects of the castration appeared about one month and half later : first some hot flashes, and more and more difficulties to achieve an erection, then less and less interest in sex until not at all.

Now, 3 years after, I feel well : no more hot flash, no body odor, no tiredness, and also I did not take any weight (I suppose because I do intensively sport). The main change was the slow but obvious shrinkage of my penis: it is now approximately one-third of its initial length - less than 2 inches, and always limp, surely about the average size of a prepubertal one, but thicker (I had to undergo a circumcision for reasons of hygiene: my foreskin had become too long and narrow).

When I go to the swimming pool, I have nearly nothing in my Speedo but I don't care : in my mind, I am totally asexual !!

I'm 31 years old and have been castrated for almost 4 years now and my penis is now the size it was pre-puberty

like it has been said everyone's mileage will be different. I reached a milestone recently, my penis has shrunk so much I can no longer pull it out far enough to pee standing. I have begone to sit to pee. I was around 5.5" erect and 3" soft before castration. You may think I am overweight but I am 5'9" and weigh only 145 lbs so that is little or no factor. I am not on TRT.
